Practice Description
John R. Cohn assists multinational corporations, national oil companies, small businesses, and individuals in developing and implementing tax-efficient international business structures. He advises and counsels U.S. entities on expanding business internationally, guides foreign companies and persons on doing business in the United States, and negotiates international energy acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Cohn's expertise includes tax and transactional counsel on Latin American, African, and Asian energy projects.
